1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Time Frame: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”
Innerwear, accessories, and custom-made garments
Gift cards
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
Email us at support@lentilfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if your request is approved.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@lentilfashion.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
